Details and Directions:
For directions to the observatory: http://www.astro.columbia.edu/direction.html Upon entering Pupin, follow the signs to the designated room for the lecture and the stargazing. Lecture is wheel-chair accessible, rooftop is not. Lectures and stargazing are aimed at the layperson (children will get something out of this too!). Stay only as long as you want. Bring warm clothes for windy or cold conditions. Entrance is free to all. No reservations necessary. Just show up! |
